конфликт (коллизия) правовых норм
1. Ситуация, при которой две или более правовые нормы, должным образом совместно применяющиеся к определенной сделке, приводят к различным результатам.
2. Противоречивость или расхождение в правовых нормах юрисдикций, которые потенциально связаны со сделкой. Коллизионные нормы каждой юрисдикции определяют критерий, который устанавливает правовую норму, применимую в данном случае.
